Super fast response, even late at night. Was able to rush our order after another shop took too long responding in conversations. We ordered late on Thursday night. Or order shipped out Friday morning..we received it Monday mid day. That’s what I call quick turn around. The quality of the stickers is great. I can’t speak to how long they hold up to washing but I know that we won’t put them in the dishwasher nor let them soak in water, as with any decal. We will definitely order again!
